If you need resources post your needs here. If you want to trade
within alliance ..1:1
outside alliance.. what ever market will bear

prefer you trade within the alliance first.. if you can find no takers then outside is great.

I'm not saying you cant trade out side the alliance we just prefer insider trading Wink
